These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by SadFans LLC (“SadFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a license to use that content as necessary to operate and provide the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SadFans LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
